Molybdenum wire is made of advanced hot and cold drawing technology, which is made of high quality and high temperature molybdenum material. It is used in line cutting machine as an electrode to process the workpiece. The molybdenum wires are drawn, forged, polished, and surface – forming.
Application of molybdenum wire as electrode wire:
1. Pure molybdenum wire GMPM.-1 is used for winding wire core, bracket, lead out line, heating element, molybdenum foil belt, wire, molybdenum wire application: fast wire cutting machine tool, auto parts spraying, etc.
2. Lanthanum molybdenum wire GMHI - M.-2 is used for winding wire core, glass sealing piece, molybdenum foil belt, furnace body heating material, wire cutting high temperature component and so on.
3. The yttrium molybdenum wire GMHYM.-3 is used in brackets, leads, electron tubes, reed, grid, furnace body, heating materials, high temperature components.
4. Wire cutting special molybdenum wire, GMPM.-1, GMHI.M., 2, is used for a variety of non-ferrous metals, steel and magnetic materials cutting. It has the advantages of high strength, good discharging performance, high surface finish, fast cutting speed, long service life, etc.
