Inconel 600 process and performance requirements:
Inconel600 formability: this alloy has good hot workability, and the heating temperature of ingot forging is 1110~1140 centigrade. When the final forging temperature is not less than 950 degrees, the heating temperature of the slab rolling is 1130~1170 degrees, and the heating temperature of finishing rolling is 1090~1130 degrees centigrade. The solution temperature of the product is 1010~1050 degrees.
Inconel 600 welding performance: this alloy welding performance is good, which can be used in arc welding, argon arc welding, resistance welding and brazing and other methods of connection, large or complex welded structures shall be annealed 1 hour at 870 degrees after welding to eliminate welding stress.
Heat treatment process of Inconel 600 parts: The heat treatment process of the parts shall be carried out according to the corresponding material standard heat treatment system. The annealing treatment of sheet and strip parts shall be carried out in a protective atmosphere.
