70W30CU tungsten copper alloy electrode is a kind of composite metal materials that is made by static pressure molding, high temperature sintering, and copper refining process after using the excellent properties of high pure tungsten powder metals and the plasticity, high conductivity of high pure copper powder.

75W25Cu tungsten copper alloy electrode is a kind of composite metal materials of tungsten and copper, and it has the characteristics of thermal performance and low inflation. 75%W tungsten copper alloy electrode has high heat resistance, high thermal conductivity and low expansion and so on. Therefore, 75%W tungsten copper alloy electrode is often used in resistance welding, electrical contact and heat sink.

The tungsten content of 80W20Cu tungsten copper alloy electrode is 80%, the grade is CuW80, the hardness of CuW80 is about 98HRB, the density is about 15.58g/cm3.  The thermal expansion properties of tungsten copper composite material are similar to silicon carbide, alumina and beryllium oxide, which is used in the substrate and the chip.

Due to its thermal conductivity and thermal expansion properties, tungsten copper alloy is widely used in dense packing lines. 70-90% tungsten alloys are used in a number of special shape products.
